Six add-on services are available to be included alongside any standard, deep, end of tenancy or Airbnb clean. Each one is carried out during the same visit by the same DBS-checked team – so the oven, fridge, laundry or spare room is tackled at the same time.
Standard cleaning Service
A standard clean is best suited to homes that are already kept tidy and need regular upkeep. Kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitised, floors are hoovered and mopped, and surfaces are dusted throughout.
The same cleaner is assigned each visit, so the home is learned over time and little is left to explain.
Visits can be booked weekly or fortnightly.

Deep cleaning Service
A deep clean is recommended when a home has not been cleaned in a while, or when a seasonal reset is wanted.
Everything in a standard clean is covered, then taken further: ovens are cleaned inside, limescale and grout are tackled, and skirting boards, door frames and light fittings are reached.
It is often booked as a one-off, or before regular visits begin.

End of Tenancy cleaning Service
An end of tenancy clean is carried out to the standard that letting agents inspect against, so deposits are protected.
The property is cleaned against the inventory checklist, and the areas where deductions are usually made – ovens, appliances, limescale and skirting – are given particular attention.
Carpets can be cleaned on request. If anything is flagged by the agent, a return visit is arranged at no extra cost.

Airbnb & Short-Stay cleaning Service
Airbnb and short-stay cleans are turned around on the same day, timed around check-out and check-in.
Each property is reset between guests, fresh linen and towels are provided, and essentials are restocked. A photo is sent once the space is guest-ready, so bookings can be confirmed with confidence.
Turnarounds can be scheduled per stay or set to a regular pattern.
