Every end of tenancy clean is carried out against the agent’s inventory checklist, so nothing that could affect the deposit is missed. What is covered is set out by area below.
Kitchen
The oven is cleaned inside and out, hobs, extractors and splashbacks are degreased, and the fridge, freezer and cupboards are cleaned inside and defrosted. Worktops, tiles and floors are cleaned and descaled.
Bathrooms
Limescale is removed from taps, tiles, showers and screens, baths, basins and toilets are deep-cleaned and sanitised, and grout and mirrors are polished.
Living areas & bedrooms
Skirting boards, doors, sills and light fittings are cleaned, interior windows are wiped, cupboards and drawers are cleared and wiped, and carpets are vacuumed throughout.
