What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers all regular areas – surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, floors. A deep clean goes further: inside cupboards, behind appliances, limescale removal, and areas that rarely get attention. Most clients book a deep clean first, then switch to regular.
Are your cleaners DBS-checked?
Yes – every cleaner is DBS-checked before joining us and re-checked annually. Ask to see their certificate at any time.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. Your cleaner brings everything they need. If you prefer specific products – fragrance-free, eco, etc. – just let us know.
How do I ensure I get my full deposit back with an end of tenancy clean?
Our end of tenancy clean follows a landlord-approved checklist. We clean to a professional standard, document the job with photos, and if anything doesn’t pass an inspection, we return to fix it.
Can I have the same cleaner every visit?
