Oven cleaning Service
What’s included
The oven interior is degreased and cleaned – racks, trays, the inner door glass and the cavity walls. Baked-on grease and carbon deposits are removed using professional-grade degreasers, not the kind that leave a chemical smell behind. The exterior, controls and surrounding area are wiped down at the same time.
What this add-on does not include
The extractor fan or extractor hood is not included in the oven clean add-on unless selected separately. Very heavily carbonised ovens – where previous cleaning has been minimal for an extended period – may be assessed and priced individually.

End of tenancy bookings where an oven clean is required by the inventory checklist. Regular homeowners who want the oven tackled without a separate appointment. Airbnb hosts preparing a property for a new season or after a long stay.
Fridge cleaning Service
What’s included
All removable shelves and drawers are taken out and cleaned separately. The interior walls, the door seals – where bacteria tends to accumulate – and the inner door panels are cleaned and sanitised. Contents are removed, the interior is wiped down in full, and the shelves are replaced in the original configuration. The exterior and the top of the unit are included.
What this add-on does not include
Freezer defrosting is treated as a separate task where significant ice build-up is present, and is priced accordingly. If defrosting is needed, it is worth noting this when requesting a quote.
Best suited to
End of tenancy cleans where fridge contents have been cleared and the interior needs a full sanitise before a new tenant. Airbnb and holiday-let properties between longer stays. Any home where the fridge has not been cleaned thoroughly for some time and a proper sanitise – rather than a quick wipe – is needed.
Laundry & ironing Service
What’s included
Laundry is loaded, run through a wash cycle and transferred to the dryer or hung where drying facilities are available. Once dry, items are ironed and folded or hung – shirts, bedding, towels and general household items. The ironing basket is worked through systematically, not selectively.
What this add-on does not include
Dry-clean-only garments, delicates requiring specialist handling, and items with specific care requirements that are better dealt with professionally are not included. These should be set aside before the appointment.
Best suited to
Busy households where laundry accumulates between cleans and an ironing backlog has built up. Post-holiday or post-event homes where bedding and towels need a full turnaround. Regular cleaning clients who want laundry cleared as part of their weekly or fortnightly visit.
Decluttering & organising Services
What’s included
A designated area – a room, a set of cupboards, a wardrobe, or a specific space – is sorted through, categorised and reorganised. Items are grouped into keep, donate and discard piles, and what remains is put back in a logical, usable order. Surfaces are cleared and the space is left functional rather than just tidied.
What this add-on does not include
Removal of items from the property – bagged donations and discards are left ready for the homeowner to arrange collection or drop-off. House clearances and large-volume junk removal are separate services not offered under this add-on.

Homeowners preparing a property for sale or letting who need a room to feel spacious and edited. Households where cupboards, wardrobes or storage spaces have accumulated over a long period and a fresh layout is needed. Anyone combining a declutter with a deep clean to reset a room properly from the inside out.
Extra bathroom Cleaning Services
What’s included
An additional bathroom – en suite, downstairs WC, or second full bathroom – is cleaned to the same standard as the main bathroom in the booking. This covers the toilet, basin, bath or shower, mirrors, tiles, floor and all fixtures. Limescale is removed from taps and shower screens, and grout is cleaned where accessible.
What this add-on does not include
Bathrooms added under this option are cleaned to the same scope as a standard or deep clean depending on the main service booked. Specialist grout re-sealing or tile restoration is not included.
Best suited to
Properties with more than one bathroom where the second or third is used regularly and needs the same level of attention as the main one. End of tenancy cleans on multi-bathroom properties where every bathroom must be inspection-ready. Airbnb hosts with en suites or additional guest bathrooms that form part of the listing description
Extra room Cleaning Services
What’s included
An additional room – a spare bedroom, home office, study, playroom or utility room – is included in the clean at the same scope as the main rooms in the booking. Surfaces are dusted, floors are vacuumed or mopped, furniture is wiped where accessible, and the room is left to the same standard as the rest of the property.
What this add-on does not include
Rooms that require specialist handling – garages, lofts, storage units with heavy items requiring lifting – are outside the scope of this add-on. These can be discussed when requesting a quote.
Best suited to
Larger properties where the main clean covers the core rooms but a study, spare room or utility space also needs attention. End of tenancy cleans on properties with more rooms than a standard configuration. Regular cleaning clients who want the whole house covered rather than a fixed number of rooms.
Questions hosts usually ask
Can add-on services be booked without a main clean?
No – add-ons are designed to be completed alongside a main cleaning service, not as standalone bookings. This keeps the visit efficient and the pricing straightforward. If only an oven clean or a fridge clean is needed without a full home clean, it is worth contacting the team directly to discuss options.
How are add-ons priced - is there a separate charge?
Each add-on is quoted as a fixed additional price on top of the main clean. The full amount – main clean plus all selected add-ons – is confirmed in writing before the booking is placed. Nothing is adjusted or added after the visit.
Can add-ons be added after a booking has been confirmed?
In most cases, yes. Add-ons can be included up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to the extra time being available in the slot. It is best to add them at the quoting stage so the visit length is planned accurately from the start.
How long does each add-on take?
An oven clean typically adds 45–90 minutes depending on condition. A fridge clean adds 20–40 minutes. Laundry and ironing are charged by the hour. Decluttering is also hourly and scoped in advance. Extra bathrooms and rooms each add approximately 20–45 minutes to the visit.
Are the same cleaners used for the add-ons as the main clean?
Yes – the same DBS-checked cleaner or team carries out the add-ons and the main clean in the same visit. There is no second team or handoff between jobs.
Are add-ons available with every cleaning service?
Yes. All six add-ons are available alongside a Standard Clean, Deep Clean, End of Tenancy Clean and Airbnb Turnover. Some combinations – such as oven and fridge with an end of tenancy – are particularly common and are routinely included in the same quote.
